Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
Beeline Laundry provides wash, dry, and fold laundry pickup and delivery service in the St. Petersburg, FL area. Standard turnaround is 48 hours. A 24-hour rush service is available for an additional $7 fee.
Pricing is per pound with a minimum order of $30. Payment is due at the time of order. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice to customers.
Customers are responsible for having laundry ready at the scheduled pickup time. Beeline Laundry is not responsible for missed pickups due to customer unavailability. Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of booking.
Beeline Laundry will handle all items with the utmost care. Customers should report any damaged or missing items within 24 hours of delivery. Maximum liability for lost or damaged items is limited to 10x the cleaning cost of the item. Beeline Laundry is not responsible for items left in pockets or items that were already damaged prior to pickup. Delicate or special care items must be identified at the time of pickup.
At Beeline Laundry, we take great pride in delivering the cleanest laundry possible and will make every effort to treat and remove stains from your garments. However, please be aware that not all stains can be fully removed. Factors such as the type of stain, the fabric, and how long the stain has been set can affect the outcome. We will always do our very best, but Beeline Laundry cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains and will not be held liable for stains that cannot be fully treated.
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
The weekly plan can be paused or cancelled at any time with 48 hours notice. No refunds will be issued for partially completed billing periods.
Customer information is never sold or shared with third parties. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe. Customer contact information may be used to send order updates and occasional promotions. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.
Beeline Laundry reserves the right to refuse service for items that are heavily soiled beyond normal laundry, infested, or considered hazardous.
Delicate items require special handling and are priced at $3.99/lb. The following items are considered delicates:
Customers must identify all delicate items at the time of booking through the special instructions field. Delicates must be placed in a separate clearly labeled bag. Beeline Laundry is not responsible for damage to delicate items that were not identified at the time of booking.
Items requiring hang dry must also be specified at the time of booking. Hang dry service is available for an additional $3.00. Customers with a weekly plan will be provided two bags — one for regular laundry and one labeled for hang dry items.
Bras are priced at $3.00 per item. Cashmere and wool items are priced at $4.00 per item. Mesh laundry bags are available for $1.00 each.
Beeline Laundry reserves the right to refuse cleaning of items deemed too delicate or high-risk. All delicate items will be washed on a gentle cold water cycle and dried on low heat or air dried as appropriate. Towels and regular laundry should be kept separate from delicates as they require different wash temperatures.
Beeline Laundry reserves the right to refuse any items deemed excessively soiled, biohazardous, or a risk to public health. Customers must disclose heavily soiled items at the time of booking through the special instructions field. Failure to disclose may result in items being returned unwashed. Lightly soiled items including pet accidents may be accepted at our discretion for an additional soiling surcharge. The following surcharges apply:
Heavily soiled items containing human waste, vomit, or other biohazardous materials will be handled at the sole discretion of Beeline Laundry and may be refused without penalty. Beeline Laundry is not responsible for items that cannot be fully cleaned due to the nature of the soiling.
